ROB EQUIZA

Rob Equiza is a Filipino musical artist who writes, records, and produces his own songs. Since 2018, he has released music as a solo artist in various genres such as rock, alternative, folk, electronic, and film score. His body of work is an eclectic mix of intense, introspective, philosophical, and ambient tracks.

Initially a band singer-frontman for over a decade, Equiza went solo in 2017 with help from sessionists and collaborators, constantly releasing singles and a couple of EPs culminating in the 14-track compilation album Meandering Paths released on CD in 2021.

In 2023, he released his first official album Refugees, touring it all over his home country - with CDs & USB Cards distributed in Taiwan, the United States, and the Philippines. The following year, he released a companion EP and a live album.

In 2025, his regular players include Randall Jarell Marc on bass, Steven Cervo on drums, Val Vicera on guitar, and Miko on keys. They toured Phuket, Thailand & Jakarta, Indonesia playing 2 nights each. That year, Equiza also released a 6-track EP with his band and a 3-track solo EP. In 2026, he released his second studio album The Elusive Asylum which will be toured and physically distributed in and out of the country.
